Our story
Familiar Bahamian flavour, grown into a local favourite
Bamboo Shack serves the food Bahamians grew up on. Cracked conch and fried fish, chicken snacks and dinners, jerk, wings and fries done the Bamboo way.
What started as one shack now feeds New Providence from eight locations, and the kitchen has kept the same promise the whole way through. We’re Deliciously Bahamian.
